We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our valued clients as best as we can. In order to maintain the quality of our services and appointments, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Advance Notice: We kindly request that all cancellations be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

  2. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment or with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

  3. Cancellation Fee: The $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or as specified during the booking process. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with scheduling adjustments and lost appointment opportunities.

  4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to do so with as much notice as possible to avoid any inconvenience or cancellation fees.

  5. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to the cancellation fee, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

  6. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any notice will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, the full appointment fee may be charged, and the appointment may need to be prepaid for future bookings.

  7. Appointment Arrival: We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure you receive the full-service duration. If you arrive late, the appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients.
